Residential Pressure Washing

A full exterior house wash removes the layer of desert dust, atmospheric staining, and biological growth that accumulates on El Paso homes. In our climate, homes pick up caliche dust, iron-rich red soil staining on stucco and block, and algae growth on shaded north-facing surfaces. Standard rinsing doesn't remove this buildup, it requires the combination of appropriate cleaning agents and pressure that professional equipment provides. Our residential service covers all exterior surfaces: siding, stucco, block walls, painted concrete, patios, walkways, and driveways. We use hot water for concrete cleaning and appropriate pressure for different surface types, the same pressure appropriate for a concrete driveway would damage painted stucco. We adjust for the surface. We use biodegradable house washing detergents and protect plants and landscaping before starting. Job completion time depends on the size of the home, a typical single-story runs 2–4 hours.
