How It Works
- 1
Free Quote
We assess your home's exterior surfaces, square footage, and level of soiling to provide a written quote. No obligation to proceed.
- 2
Pre-Wash Prep
We close exterior outlets, protect any plants or landscaping, and pre-treat any heavy staining before the full wash.
- 3
Surface-Appropriate Cleaning
We clean each surface type with the right pressure and detergent, high pressure for concrete, lower pressure for painted and sensitive surfaces.
- 4
Rinse & Inspect
After washing, we rinse completely, inspect for any missed areas, and do a final walkthrough with you before we pack up.
Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I pressure wash my El Paso home exterior?
Once a year is adequate for most homes. If you live near a dirt road, in a dusty area of the east side, or near an agricultural area, every 6 months may be more appropriate. Desert homes accumulate more particulate than homes in other climates.
Is pressure washing safe for stucco?
Yes, with proper technique. Stucco requires lower pressure than concrete, typically 500β800 PSI versus 2,000β3,000 PSI for driveways. We adjust for the surface. High pressure on stucco causes cracking and finish damage; we don't do that.
Will pressure washing remove oil stains from my driveway?
Hot water pressure washing removes most light-to-medium oil staining from concrete. Heavy, long-set oil stains may require a degreaser pre-treatment. We assess the staining when we quote and give you a realistic expectation of the result.
Do I need to be home for the service?
It depends on access requirements. If we have access to all areas and your outdoor water supply, many jobs can be completed without you present. We confirm access requirements when scheduling.
