Deck & Patio Cleaning

Remove years of grime, algae, and desert dust from outdoor living spaces.

Starting from

$129

El Paso's outdoor living season runs nearly year-round, and decks and patios take significant sun and use. Desert dust, caliche runoff, bird droppings, and the biological growth that appears on shaded surfaces accumulate on outdoor surfaces and make them look far worse than their actual condition. Pressure washing restores patio concrete, pavers, Saltillo tile, and sealed surfaces. For wood decks, less common in El Paso than in wetter climates but present in many homes, we use appropriate lower pressure and sometimes chemical softening to avoid grain damage. Many El Paso homeowners notice significant algae and moisture staining on north-facing patio areas and on covered patios where moisture lingers longer. These areas benefit most from regular cleaning.

How It Works

  1. 1

    Surface Assessment

We identify the patio material and staining type to select the right pressure and cleaning approach.

  2. 2

    Pre-Treatment

Heavy organic staining, algae, mold, bird droppings, gets pre-treatment with appropriate cleaning agent before pressure washing.

  3. 3

    Clean & Rinse

We clean at appropriate pressure for the material and rinse completely. Furniture is moved and replaced.

  4. 4

    Final Inspection

We walk through the cleaned area with you so you can confirm the results before we leave.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you clean pavers and Saltillo tile?

Yes. Saltillo tile requires lower pressure than concrete and specific cleaning agents to avoid damaging the unsealed surface or existing sealer. Pavers are cleaned at standard concrete pressure. We adjust for the material.

How long before the patio can be used after cleaning?

Concrete and paver patios are typically ready for use within 2–4 hours of cleaning once the surface has dried. If re-sealing is planned, allow 24–48 hours of drying time first.

Will pressure washing remove rust stains on my patio?

Standard pressure washing doesn't remove rust staining, rust requires oxalic acid treatment. We offer rust removal as an add-on treatment for patios and driveways with iron staining. We identify rust staining during our assessment.
