How It Works
- 1
Degreaser Pre-Treatment
We apply biodegradable degreaser to oil spots and heavy tire marks and allow dwell time before the pressure wash.
- 2
Hot Water Surface Clean
Commercial hot-water surface cleaner works across the full driveway, removing caliche, grime, and staining evenly.
- 3
Detail Edges
We detail the edges and expansion joints where the surface cleaner can't reach.
- 4
Final Rinse
We rinse the driveway completely and clear any runoff from adjacent surfaces.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does driveway pressure washing take?
A standard single-car driveway takes about 45 minutes. A two-car driveway with heavy soiling takes 1β2 hours. We give you a realistic time estimate when we quote.
Can you remove the white caliche deposits from my driveway?
Caliche (calcium carbonate deposits) on concrete requires acid-wash treatment, which is a different process from standard pressure washing. We can do this as an add-on treatment. Standard pressure washing removes surface soiling but not calcified mineral deposits.
Do you seal concrete after cleaning?
We don't offer sealing as part of driveway cleaning, but we can refer you to a concrete contractor for sealing. Sealing is best done 24β48 hours after cleaning once the surface has fully dried.
